      Lack of reliable transportation very often results in default judgments on  expired debt that was originally not even enforceable, legally, if the person had defended.


Let’s start to by improving these four parts of our Public Domain Social Infrastructure, the 4: (1. , 2. legal aid and Education, 3. , and 4. good )

Action Items:

1.) Search for more sources relating lack of transportation to joblessness, court case defaults, and homelessness, perhaps with a bit of help from your local public library branch’s Reference Librarian,

2.) Share them with us in the comments, here, please.

3.) Share your thoughts on how a public transit system might help, or hinder, both unfair debt cases, and also inclusive thinking,

4.) Write a book, blog post or comment here that uses those thoughts.
