Project Do Better, Phase I: PublicDomainInfrastructure

#PublicDomainInfrastructure is a  selection of parts of our social infrastructure, those institutions that keep our social fabric together, which are, or ought to be, free and freely available to all members of the public, hence part of the public domain. I have picked 4 items I see as most crucial, only for simplicity’s sake:

1.Free and full access to well funded and diverse Public Libraries 
2.Pro-Bono Legal aide and Free intensive (especially debt-related) Consumer and Financial Continuing Education, aka Public Financial Knowledge Infrastructure,
3. Public Health Service upgrades, in Phase I, paving the way for a Universal Health Care on a Single Payer System by the end of Phase III in 60 or so years, 
and
4. Good low-cost extensive Public Transportation    .
Please pick one or all of the above issues, and write, call and email your local, State, and Federal elected officials (from your local School Board officials, to your city councilors, state reps, and Congressmen), and tell them to fund these long-term parts of our Public Domain Social Infrastructure starting this year, so that in twenty to forty years, we may see the benefits in all of society.
