This restructuring of which Dr. King spoke has yet to happen, but Project Do Better does seem to offer a reasonable plan for starting that restructuring.

FYI: Today is also the first day of My French Film Festival which runs through Feb 13 and gives you access to 17 short films for free along with 12 feature-length films that are less than $2.50 a pop.

They are all in French but subtitles are available in a wide array of languages. Two films from Belgium, two from Canada, the rest from France. I posted more details on my blog today.
