Fun with Languages Friday  (mostly in English this week!): Lupin #9 !

  1.)   Never give up.

   2.)  Trust your friends.

French Fridays with Lupin, Omar Sy style!

This episode review has a few spoilers, but mostly translated French.

We have the small fish, so we let the shark go, because the corrupt official orders us to.

And the dog of a dead woman torturing the poor friend of Assàne.
I love those busts from the stories of Lupin where the original Gentleman Cambrioleur has a thief stealing identical busts for something hidden inside one of them.
Well, her father has definitely thrown spanner in the works for Assàne now.  And for his loyal friend, too.
Excellent saving of Ben!!  And the two maps of the catacombs.
But he is not a murderer!!
How easy it is to break most people’s passcodes because they use easy to break codes.  Wow what an excellent getaway or hiding spot.
I won’t be surprised if a little accident happens to Mrs. Pelligrini.
Et il ne lâche pas !
Excellent planning ahead, by 20 years!!
Like the Professor in La Casa de Papel!!
Wow, yes, they did use it one day!!
And they gave the map back: a few years later!!
Mais non l’argent n’est pas à l’origine du monde !!
No, money is not at the origin of the world!!
Nice hiding place for a USB!
But now is the time to turn in all of the evidence, on everyone…
And then, we finish off Pelligrini.

Chapter 8 aka Part 2, episode 3, and next week,

which will be  Part 2, ep. 5 , aka Ch. 10, is the last episode, thus far, and  will post next.

I look forward to your thoughts.
